Aryeh Lazarus
Aryeh Lazarus, Esq. (Aryeh) began practicing law in 2007, and joined Tarshis, Catania, Liberth, Mahon & Milligram, PLLC in September of 2008. Aryeh practices in the area of commercial transactions and litigation, with a focus on construction law, representing general contractors, public and private owners, sureties, subcontractors and suppliers. In his practice, Aryeh has developed a particular expertise in construction contract drafting, as well as in the prosecution and defense of claims involving mechanic's liens, payment bonds and general contractual disputes.
In addition to his focus on construction law, Aryeh has developed a practice in the field of labor relations, representing small and large business owners in negotiations with local unions and proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board.
Aryeh is admitted to practice in the states of New York and New Jersey and before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. Aryeh has been a member of the American Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association and the Orange County Bar Association. Aryeh currently lives with his wife and three children in Monsey, New York.
