Daniel F. Sullivan

Daniel F. Sullivan, Esq. joined Tarshis, Catania, Liberth, Mahon and Milligram, PLLC as an associate in May, 2006 and has twenty years of experience practicing law.

Dan was a member of the New York City Police Department for over twenty years and retired in the rank of Lieutenant. He served in a variety of commands, including the Tactical Patrol Unit and Street Crime Unit, and was the recipient of twenty-two departmental awards.

Dan had a private practice in Brooklyn, New York and Manhattan prior to moving to the Hudson Valley, concentrating in real property, business and employment law.  He was counsel to a New York City title agency for many years and, prior to joining the firm, had a practice in Goshen, New York.

Dan’s primary concentration is in real property law, including purchases and sales of commercial and residential properties, foreclosure and title matters.  He also has experience in commercial transactions, leasing, representation of lenders in mortgage and business financing and general business matters.  He appears in various courts on criminal matters as well as in Surrogates Court. Dan currently resides in Goshen, New York with his family.
