Holly L. Reinhardt
Holly L. Reinhardt, Esq. (Holly) joined Tarshis, Catania, Liberth, Mahon & Milligram, PLLC (“TCLMM”) as an associate in June 2009. Holly has over seven years of experience practicing law.
After graduating from Hofstra University School of Law, Holly clerked for the Honorable Gerald B. Hanifan, Judge of the Superior Court of the State of New Jersey, Family Part, Sussex County. Judge Hanifan presided over the non-dissolution, adoption, juvenile delinquency, domestic violence and abuse/neglect dockets. During her one-year clerkship, Holly performed extensive legal research and prepared detailed memoranda which formed the basis of the Judge’s decisions, which were issued from the bench. Holly was also responsible for coordinating the Judge’s motion, hearing and trial calendars with court personnel, attorneys and pro se litigants. At the conclusion of the clerkship, Holly accepted an associate position with the law firm of Daggett, Kraemer & Eliades (n/k/a Daggett, Kraemer, Kovach & Gjelsvik), located in Sparta, New Jersey. Holly remained with Daggett, Kraemer for five years where she concentrated her practice in the areas of family law and real estate and served as counsel for Sussex Bank, handling residential mortgages and refinances. Holly also prepared and argued the majority of the appellate matters handled by the firm.
In 2007, Holly left the practice of law and joined her husband in managing his family’s business. In 2008, Holly prepared for and passed the New York State Bar Exam while managing the financial side of the family business and assisting her husband in the establishment of his own company.
In 2009, Holly returned to the practice of law by joining the motion and appellate department at TCLMM. Holly’s primary responsibilities include performing comprehensive research on a myriad of legal issues and developing strategy for the successful prosecution or defense of the firm’s clients in matters ranging from malpractice to Federal Civil Rights actions. Holly currently resides in Port Jervis, New York with her husband.
