Michael E. Catania
Michael E. Catania, Esq., (Michael) is one of the firm’s litigation attorneys with a concentration in Construction and Commercial litigation matters.
After graduating with honors from Albany Law School, Michael took an associate’s position with The Rose Law Firm, PLLC, where he focused on product warranty litigation and arbitration for some of the world’s largest automobile manufactures.
Michael, a Newburgh Free Academy alum, returned to Orange County in 2008 to take on his current position with TCLMM. Since that time, Michael has concentrated his practice in the areas of Construction Law, Commercial litigation, municipal defense and general litigation. Michael serves a number of clients in both the construction and renewable energy industry, including construction management firms, builders, engineers and architects, as well as project owners and municipalities. Michael has also been admitted in Massachusetts, New Jersey and Connecticut so as to better serve his and the firm’s clients in those jurisdictions.
