Nicholas A. Pascale
Nicholas A. Pascale, Esq. is a 1999 cum laude graduate of Colgate University, and a 2002 graduate of the Emory University School of Law where he was a managing editor of the Bankruptcy Developments Law Journal. Nick is admitted to practice in New York to the State and Federal Courts where his practice is focused in litigation, including commercial litigation, personal injury, and creditor’s rights. He is also a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Orange County Bar Association. Nick is a lifelong New York resident who was born and raised in the Hudson Valley and is currently residing with his family in Ulster County.
