She has worked with small and large firms advising clients in all aspects of corporate and commercial law. Debra has also several years of litigation experience counseling clients on a broad range of complex civil litigation and business issues in diverse areas including commercial law, construction law, real property, landlord/tenant disputes, professional malpractice and general corporate law.
