Joseph A. Catania, Jr. recently participated in a New York State Bar Association seminar focusing on crucial aspects and repercussions of healthcare professional disciplinary processes, exploring strategic decisions, management and anticipation of collateral consequences of professional disciplines. As a litigation specialist for the past 30 years, his experience has encompassed a unique blend of litigation, extensive trials and resolution in matters representing healthcare professionals in disciplinary proceedings and healthcare malpractice claims. His trial practice has, in a large degree, focused on professional representation, including clients' legal, accounting, architectural and engineering professionals in all aspects of their professional liability and disciplinary concerns.
