Julia Goings-Perrot, a member of Tarshis, Catania, Liberth, Mahon & Milligram, is co-chair for the fall meeting of the New York State Bar Association's Health Law Section. The Health Law Section is NYSBA's youngest and fastest growing Section offering its members the opportunity to advance public consideration of important issues. The program is "Legal Issues In Structuring Accountable Care Organizations". Some of the topics that will be discussed are regulatory, reimbursement, antitrust, HIPAA, and malpractice issues concerning an ACO as well as several others. It is being hosted at The Yale Club of NY in New York City.
