Joseph A. Catania, Jr. and Richard F. Liberth, Senior Partners at the law firm of Tarshis, Catania, Liberth, Mahon & Milligram, PLLC have been honored by membership as a Fellow of The Litigation Counsel of America. The Litigation Counsel of America is a trial lawyer honorary society composed of less than one-half of one percent of American lawyers. Fellowship is by invitation only. It is based on effectiveness and accomplishment in litigation and superior ethical reputation.
