Kathleen Harp is a paralegal in the areas of Estate Planning, Estate & Trust Administration and Guardianship matters. She has more than 30 years of experience working in the legal field as a legal assistant and paralegal. Kathy concentrates in the areas of estate planning, trust and probate administration, including assisting attorneys with the preparation of wills, trust agreements, powers of attorney, health care directives and probate documents. In addition, she is experienced in assisting attorneys with asset transfers, trust and estate administration, valuation of assets and compilation of documentation for estate tax returns. She has extensive experience in managing trust and estate accounts, including annual accountings and bill paying as well as crummy withdrawal notices in connection with irrevocable trust administration.
