Lori is a paralegal in our litigation department. She is involved in personal injury matters both plaintiff and malpractice defense, municipal and school district defense and general litigation. She has over 20 years experience working with attorneys in the Hudson Valley. Lori assists attorneys with all aspects of litigation including case management, reviewing medical records, drafting pleadings and motions, preparing discovery responses, trial preparation and research. Her legal experience includes interfacing with clients, witnesses, experts, adverse counsel and court personnel. She has active involvement in each case from inception through settlement or trial.
