Tarshis, Catania, Liberth, Mahon & Milligram, PLLC is pleased to announce that Jay F. Jason has recently joined the firm. Mr. Jason was a partner/principal of the firm Jason & Swift (and predecessor firms) in Chestnut Ridge, New York since 1984. His areas of practice are construction, employment law, real estate and labor law. He has represented the City of Boston as Assistant Corporation Counsel and currently represents many large construction development companies and is the County negotiator for Rockland and the Rockland Community College in labor relations. Mr. Jason received his bachelor's from Duke University, his law degree from Boston University School of Law and a masters from New York University. He is also an adjunct professor at New York University.
