Paul S. Ernenwein and Hobart J. Simpson spoke at a conference
Paul S. Ernenwein and Hobart J. Simpson recently spoke at a conference co-sponsored by The New York Municipal Insurance Reciprocal and The New York Schools Insurance Reciprocal. The conference was geared to help municipalities control exposures to potential claims and litigation as it relates to municipal parks and other recreational facilities. The conference was on recreational liability, covering legal issues, the recreational use statute, cross country hiking and snowmobile trails, playground management waivers and releases, fitness trails and other related topics. It provided an excellent training opportunity for recreational directors, supervisors and other staff.

"We are located in the Hudson Valley, but we have all gone to the same law schools as the attorneys in Westchester and New York City. The caliber of practice is the same; we can handle the same work without charging the same fees."
Richard M. Mahon, II
