Nicholas A. Pascale to speak on a panel concerning the new model Chapter 13 Plan

Nicholas A. Pascale an associate with the firm, was invited by the Hudson Valley Bankruptcy Bar Association to speak on a panel on January 30, 2009 in Poughkeepsie, New York concerning the new model Chapter 13 plan and newly established loss mitigation procedures in the Southern District of New York.

Mr. Pascale lectured, specifically, on provisions in the model plan governing the assumption of executory contracts and unexpired leases. Mr. Pascale's practice areas include consumer bankruptcy law and commercial litigation, as well as general litigation and personal injury law.
